Like the title, how does one carry a value of say a caracter or values of counters to carry over different frames?

Make them into global objects. It's in the properties of the object somewhere.

The alternative is to use global values or strings... It would depend on what info you need to actually carry over. If it's something like player health, it's almost easier to just use a global value.

But yeah, otherwise do what Dynasoft said.
