Search and Replace

I'm trying to figure out how to do a search and replace function. Basically the user types the term they are looking for in an editbox and in a second editbox types what they want to replace it with. The Search Object searches the text file for their term and then replaces that term in the text file with what they typed in the second text box.

I'm a bit stuck on when the search object finds what it was searching for how to replace that part of text with what they want to replace it with.
