Resizing weridness

Hi I am using the flash exporter to put my games up on my website and eventually facebook but the problem I am having is when the games get loaded into the browser they just look werid they get streched out by like 100 pixels both in width and height it is suppose to be 640x480 is there anything I can do about this problem, check out the game on this page rainbow ball demo

Now I do have another question involving this same game I am trying to get it onto facebook and I have gone through all the steps in the facebook tutorial but when I try and look at the app it just shows a blank facebook page here is the page or where it is suppose to be rainbowball on facebook

Really Stephen Because all I am seeing is a page that has a facebook boarder and the ads on the size but a giant white space where the game should be but your seeing the game?
