How do I change the hand cursor back to an arrow?

I am trying to move and edit individual objects and the arrow keeps changing to a hand, which causes the whole frame to move instead of individual objects. What is causing that? How do I stop that from happening and change the hand cursor back to an arrow? Thanks.

Press SPACE to get rid of it - it's only meant to happen when you hold down the space bar, but for some reason some people find they get stuck in that mode.

I've found that it can happen shortly after watching fullscreen video on Youtube.

I was switching back and forth to a fullscreen MMF2 tutorial video from youtube as I was working in the program, so that is probably how it happened. Thanks for the tip and the solution.
