Scrolling Screen

Hello, when i found out that there was a free flash creation program i was exited, i'm working on a game, but i need to know how to make my screen scroll? I need to know to finifh my game, so please help.

Make the frame size bigger then the window size.

Then under the storyboard icon in the event editor there are some action to center the window on an object.
