    XCode 4 Issue

I downloaded xCode 4 today and boy has the UI changed and confused the heck out of me...anyway I started a new project in MMF yesterday and tried running it today in the new xCode.

It loads the splash and displays the main frame for a split second before exiting. Here is the console log (apologies for the wall of text!)

I just tried it on my device and it seems to be working...just not in the simulator!

I am running 4.3 on my device and xCode 4 with 4.3 iPhone Simulator

EDIT: I have also noticed it is quite slow on one screen (I can send the mfa via PM if you want). It seems there is a memory leak in this screen, I don't know many details but it looks like the pinball movementm object fade transitions and fonts are responsible.

    Re: XCode 4 Issue

I've had that behaviour the other way around, works in the simulator but not on the device. A Clean then rebuild has resolved that issue for me however. Maybe similar issue for you?

    Re: XCode 4 Issue

Any idea what's going on? It's just that one mini-game frame that seems to have a lot of slowdown from memory leaks :/

    Re: XCode 4 Issue

I have fixed a bunch of small leaks including those you mentioned. There is also a bug in the iphone simulator. It seems it allocates more and more memory while it doesnt do it on the actual device.

    Re: XCode 4 Issue

I can't seem to run any app on the simulator bah! Thought it might be local to that one game because of the memory leaks, but even a simple one crashes.
