    Fusions countings

Hi guy. Being a math moron, I just need a little logic help here.
From other advice, I made a make-do timer by saying

    collison bewteen A & B, set Global Value = 500

if Global Value > 0 = substract 1 from Global Value

Now, this seems to take Fusion 10 seconds, before Global Value is down to 0. My application is running 50 FPS.

This makes no sense to me. I started by saying Global Value 50, and subtracting 10, but that took less than a second.
I suppose I'm hoping someone can tell me the exact numbers I need, to make a certain time period. Say I want something to last for 13 seconds, how do I calculate that?

    Hope it makes sense!

    Thanks!

If the framerate is 50 and you want 13 seconds, 50*13=650. Subtracting 1 of course.
Always subtract 1, then framerate*seconds=number is what you want for your Global Value.
