ActiveX Not Showingi Up In List

I downloaded a simple ActiveX control. It's called X-MD5 and can be found here:

    http://xstandard.com

I registered the ActiveX and tried to put it in a blank MMF2 app. The problem is that it does not show up in the list of "Installed ActiveX Components."

The DLL is a simple one that just gets the checksum of any file. Was just wondering if there's anything else I need to do?

Its possible the active X your trying to use is not compatible with MMF. There is nothing more you can do to try to make it work.

    Hi Kracker,

perhaps you could use the "Quick-Hash"-Object that is shipped with MMF2Dev. It should allow you to get the MD5-Hash (Checksum) of a File.

    Greets,

Thanks for the suggestion Jahkri. I just looked in the Examples folder and they have an example for just that, hashing a file and validating it.
