Have you looked at the examples that come with the iso2 object?

Like most objects they are located in the examples folder of the mmf2 directory.

    Re: iso engines

Yes. Pretty much where I started. My plan is to just use the IsoPlay.mfa as my foundation. I am scrolling so, bigger grid. And going up to 100x50 grid so bigger blocks. Need to add tarmac top, brick/stone sides so just as easy to build new vector models.
    AND it has the editor.

    Play and learn.

Any leads on where you are going with your example. Is it a game in progress or just a demo?
Anyhow it lead me on to Pathfinder...

""And, Oh, yessss. The maze blew me away. I want one. Not sure where it will fit with anything but it impressed me.""

    IsoObj2...
I still fancy internal file loading.
And, I notice on Y decreasing movement - or at least going down the screen on top of blocks my car (replacing the cross-hair object) dips under the edge of each upcoming block. Recovery is quick but it looks buggy. Any suggestions here?
I will spend a bit more time with RedHades example.
