Beta 19: Retina App Glitching.

I'm not really sure how to report this problem since I can't seem to track down the cause myself.

After I resized my app to retina resolution and loaded it on my iPhone 3GS it seems to work ok, but then it starts to slow down until finally it's unusable.

At first I thought it was my sounds I had so I removed them but the problem persists.

This didn't happen when I was running at my 3GS's native resolution.

Also sometimes the app seems to run a couple of loops without refreshing the display, so it randomly "jumps" forward in time.

I'm not sure who I should PM the mfa to, so let me know.

Did you check the FPS count?

Like a mentioned in my post above this problem didn't happen until I upped the resolution for retina support.

Would be nice if we could benchmark it. Maybe it is creating lots of objects that doesn't get destroyed (could be a bug).

Alright, I'll send it now.

I did a little more testing and it seems to slow down and speed up at irregular rates.

The app doesn't have hardly anything to slow it down, no effects, small images, only 5 moving objects at any one time.

Two graphical counters, and sound is removed.

If it's not too secret a file, I would be interested in testing it on my iPhone as well. I have an iPhone 4 and I am constantly trying to make my game not run slow. I'd be interested in looking at your file and seeing if I could find a reason for the slow down.

It's not a secret file, i just don't want it stolen.

I doubt anyone here would steal it, but still. I wouldn't wanna blame anyone here if it did either.
