How to enlarge window size

By window size i mean how much of the area the player can see.(the doted line in frame in each frame)

When i click on the application and alter the window size it works,but i alters all frames making my title screen look weird.

Is there a way to this for specific frames.

Any help would be appreciated.

You need to click no to the dialog that comes up - in other words, read dialogs
