What do you mean 'not manually'? If you want them to go somewhere, just set their position there.

Use the "Flash Player" object for this.

Everything you need is under the "Hand Cursor" menu.

You have to drop the Flash Player object into the frame. Then in the Events Editor right-click Flash Player > Hand Cursor.
