Hi,

I found a bug with the Direct3D9 and Direct3D8 display modes.
The screen will flash the upper-left corner of the frame before scrolling to where it's supposed to go. This only happens in the Direct3D modes, and doesn't occur with Standard, DirectX, or DirectX+VRAM.
