Stupid question

Hi,
I am a Click and create user of yesteryear about 1997 and was very excited to see the iOS exporter.
Looking back at some of the old programs i've made I am trying to reverse engineer them and remember what all the functions mean.

I have the expression:
(78-Alterable Value A( "THE CARDS" )) mod 3+12

what is mod? I'm just trying to figure out a tarot reading program i made 78 refers to the number of cards.
I know the answer is easy but it eludes me right now. thanks

Mod is the module operation: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Module_%28mathematics%29 .
In a few words, X Mod Y means that if you divide X and Y, then X = Q * Y + R, where Q is the quotient and R is the remainder. R is the result of X Mod Y.
Examples:
1 Mod 5 = 1 <=> 1 = 0 * 5 + 1
5 Mod 5 = 0 <=> 5 = 1 * 5 + 0
7 Mod 5 = 2 <=> 7 = 1 * 5 + 2
