Press and Hold?

Sorry if it seems a silly question, but how do I make so when you press and hold a button or graphic, an action continues on happening. I know there is a condition "Repeat while mouse-key is pressed" but not one for buttons/graphics.

I think you want:
Repeat while mouse key pressed
+Mouse is over button/graphic

Have anyone figured out how to do if you want to press down 2 buttons at once? One of the buttons doesn't respond if you use that command.
