    Choosing Fonts

Hello friends, I'm from Brazil and our language uses many accents like ' and ~, these accents work fine in MMF, but when I go to Xcode they do not translate well.

This is also happening with the fonts. I chose a Arial large size but in the emulator the font is small.

    Thanks!

    Re: Choosing Fonts

For the language issue, you should try updating your MMF2 to build 252 using this link.

Unicode version / SWF and iOS exporters : the Unicode version of the objects specific to the SWF and iOS exporters is not installed by the exporters, by mistake. They are installed by this patch. In theory there should be no problem, but for this beta version please check the settings of the FLV, iOS Button, iOS Multiple Edit and iOS Single Edit objects after loading Unicode applications that contain these objets. Let us know if any problem, thanks!

    Re: Choosing Fonts

    Thanks to the reply RhysD.

I installed the update but the problem remained. The fonts and the accents works perfectly in MMF, but in the iPad/iPhone and in the Xcode there are problems. And I used first Helvetica CE, then Arial.

I don't have the unicode add on for MMF. Is this the problem?

    Thanks again.

    Re: Choosing Fonts

    Hello again!
I just buyed the Unicode Add On, and now the program do not open correctly in XCode.

it gives the error EXC_BAD_ACCESS, and sometimes say the language is not the same of the frame.

I must convert some objects for the unicode to work? Thanks!

    Re: Choosing Fonts

Yes, I think it's some conflict with the iOS button object and the unicode.

I will try some other tests. Thanks!

    Re: Choosing Fonts

@Renatos: My Unicode version crashes constantly, but sometimes Xcode reads the file and the accents works in every object except iOS Button, which appears without text. But I did not make more tests or other measures, I just eliminated the accents and returned to the "Normal" MMF to end the project.
