Is license for MMF2 Developer transferable?

Hello there,

If someone has an extra copy of MMF2 Developers Edition to get rid of is the license transferable? Will clickteam honor that license?

I am looking at buying copies for me and my production team, but I found someone with a copy they are willing to part with and I would like to know if this particular copies license will be legally transferable? I look forward to your reply, thank you!

I don't personally have the developer license (yet anyway), but I don't see why it wouldn't be, I would just PM Jeff the license key once you have it just so he'd be able to put it in your name.

Before getting it, might be good to contact him anyway just to be on the safe side. He's usually a quick responder (maybe a day at the latest)

You are taking a bit of a risk

If the serial number they give you with the disc is spread around online it will be locked from future updates and from the exporters.

Clickteam doesn't become involved in any fashion with the transfer of used software between users. Your all on your own with this.

oh no I don't believe it is, so I should be fine then right?

All I can say is if the person you bought it used from decides to put a copy of it out on the torrents after you bought it the serial number will get blacklisted.
