Streaming audio from url?

Ahoy, I just recently purchased the iOS Export Module, and I'm enjoying working with it a lot.

I'm building an app that will include some mp3 samples from original songs. The songs are all actually all on archive.org already, so I was wondering if a future update to the exporter could see audio streaming functionality?

Apparently it used to be pretty hacky to get such streaming to work in iOS, but now the AVPlayer and AVAudioPlayer classes are supposed to make it much easier. In fact, one developer has posted a one-line example of using AVAudioPlayer to stream from a url!

I'm hoping Clickteam or some extension developer will be interested in seeing this in MMF, too.

what if the end user is in an area with no internet connection such as underground train or simply an area with poor connection, they have to play with no music?

Well, the app also revolves around sending some form data (entered by the user) to a php page via the Get object, so an internet connection will be necessary for its main purpose. So it's an "internet connection required" app anyway.

I could hopefully check for a failed connection and provide some kind of "Sorry - I couldn't connect to the internet" to the user.

At least two of the song samples I would include with the app, so someone without a connection would at least get *something*, but it would be nice for app size, etc, to be able to stream audio that's already online.
