HTC Inspire Android Game

I'm attempting to use java to get a game running on my HTC Inspire.

I feel like Im trying to hammer a square peg in a round hole.

The HTC Inspire and Android seems to only accept installs of .apk files.

am I not going about this correctly? Or is there something else I need to do to get the game to an acceptable Android Market format and running on the phone?

Thanks guys, I know how to make great games, not good with this file jargon.

Nevermind.. after digging around a bit It looks like I was trying to do something you can't really do. Apparently Clickteam is still working on an Android Build Export in .apk?
