    VB.Net extension and MMF2

Hello, I must make the very important things but does not have these extensions MMF2 Dev.
I found the VB.Net and am trying to interface with external devices MMF2.
If I want to have the value of a temperature sensor USB, you can bring on a monitor the value of a counter that takes the value from the probe?
If I wanted to have the external inputs, NO! input from the PC keyboard, you can in some way with VB.Net?
If I copy the source of a small program designed to control a temperature sensor in the USB and copy it to MMF2 VB.net, VB.net, or have the same behavior is very limited and does not allow these things?
    help me is very important

You can use VB code in the .net script object.
But it might be hard to get a helper who knows both .net and MMF2 to help you with problems

Sorry this might be a bit off... but I used ActiveX object extension to talk to external objects like a barcode reader and web cam. If your temperature sensor comes with a SDK ActiveX object this might work... but only if the ActiveX object is supplied with the SDK that comes with the temperature sensor. There is also a DLL object extension available.

Sorry if I am off topic.

I found the solution to my problem. with the possibility of file.txt I found a USB temperature probe and VB.net I could write a text file and that the exact value. txt file is updated every 5 seconds. with MMF2 to take the values 'file.txt with the interior of this' education:
every 5 seconds, read the txt file in the "sonda1" and send in the counter of Multimedia Fusion. I can also communicate with other applications, always with the txt file. What do you think?
