What is you frame Mb like?

    Hi Folks.

I'm just wondering, when folks are testing their App's in MMF with the debugger open so you can see how many Mb of RAM that frame is taking up to play, what are you seeing?

Now that I have my MMF App's working in Xcode, I've gone back to !!!Incoming!!! and have been brushing it up, converting it from a PC mouse driven game to a iPad (it's not iPhone compaible) finger tapping game. I'm testing it at the moment and keeping a watchful eye on the debugger Mb size. Initially the frames were running at 25Mb but once the aliens appeared in the game that has now gone up to 35Mb. I'm still assuming that this will be ok, I'm sure the iPad can handle some beefy programs before it kicks the program out, won't know for sure until I test it on my iPad. But in the meantime I was just wondering what others are seeing in there Mb figure when testing their games? I am particulary interested in folks who have App's for iPad, running at 1024x768 so I can compare how !!!Incoming!!! is shaping up.

Whilst MMF will give a guide to memory usage, you'd be better off using the XCode instruments to track memory usage.

    Yes AyreGuitar is correct.
You cannot use the MMF2 PC debugger memory usage estimate for the iOS memory estimate. They are two completely different runtimes.

Instruments has been giving me around 80-90mb.
