Problem with OGG Engineer and Audio Controller

Hi guys, the problem i am running in to is, when i go to build my game, the only sounds that transfer to the file are the ones i assigned to samples. Any ideas as to why the others wont come with it? btw, i do have include external sounds checked also.

They should be included as long as you didn't load files through expressions. Are you sure you didn't load files via expressions rather than the file browser?

Re: Problem with OGG Engineer and Audio Controller

Im not sure i follow...when i loaded the tracks i used the OGG engineer and Audio controller and loaded them through a music and sound effects folder i have in my main mmf2 directory. Putting the sounds in samples worked just fine, but i couldnt get the fade in and out like i wanted until i used the OGG engineer and controller. But i was able to make it work when i made the game an install program and added the music and sound effects, i just wanted to know if it was possible to make it work just as a exe solely as opposed to the install.

Try putting the sounds in the same directory as the MFA.

And what I meant in my previous post is that the file browser has an 'Expression' button, which, if you use it, will not embed the files into the application.

Oh lol, i got ya. Nah i didnt use any expressions, just a straight open from file. I'll try out what you said and let you know! if so that kinda sucks cuz it keeps all my stuff organized but i guess when its go time for you to build your game and play on other comps it wont matter by then lol. thanks dude
