Spellcheck in flash (PLEASE!)

I've been doing spell check by use of the Get object (connecting to my web site and checking a database)...

This works very well, most of the time. But, at times, the get call never returns, and that is preventing me from releasing a flash game that I plan to also release as android and iOS...

Does anyone know a way to do fast spell checking without the Spell Check object?

OR, can anyone port it to flash and android/ios?

I found a viable work around using the list object and Find Exact.

EDIT: I'm pretty upset at myself for not trying this earlier...
