    Custom Preloader?

    Is it possible to make a custom preloader for the SWF build besides the default one? I notice that you can insert a loading graphic, and change the colors of the bars, but I mean as far as your own custom preloader. For example, can I have a #% loaded instead of a progress bar? Or can I like, make one frame that is pre-loaded before the other frames? Another example I would like is able to play with a few obstacles (bouncing ball) while waiting for the game to be fully loaded.

    Or is the preloader pretty much fixed, built in within the SWF exporter?

    With MMF2 Developer you can make a (small) preloader MFA and set it as your preloader. The Flash Player object has features to use in the preloader.

    BTW, what do you mean by (small)? Is there some sort of limit to custom preloaders??

    If you make a massive preloader, then the preloader itself has to be loaded first, before it starts to load your game. So in that case I guess the user would see the standard loading bar before the preloader actually starts to load anything.
