MMF2 Developer discount

Hi, i hope im not asking in the wrong place
I want to buy MMF2 developer + swf exporter ( 349 Euro, from Clickteams website ).
---
I remeber there being a discount for owners of MMF1, but i cant seem to find such an option on the site.
(1)-I search "Clickteam" and enter their website, i then
(2)-click the "MMF2 developer" link and
(3)-Click purchase now.
MMF2 and swf exorter is now in my shopping Cart for 349 Euros
(4)-I click checkout and go through 'Summary', 'Login', 'Adress', 'Shipping' and end up in 'Payment'
---
It may be just me not noticing but, at no point along the way do i see any discount options for owners of MMF1
---
My question is...
Can i recieve a discount on the purchase of 'MMF2+SwfExporter' because i allready own MMF1 , and if so can somebody pleace tell me how?

I have filled out all required fields in the Uppgrade Contact Form and submitted it, and under "Your registration details" i have entered the cd-key ( in this format ######-########-###### ) which is written on my MMF2 box
...
Have i missed anything?

Its almost Christmas now, and i havent recieved any sort of feedback from Clickteam...

Is a 3 week waiting period normal for this kind of request?
Has something gone wrong?
Should i send a new request?

I have TGF, MMF1.5 and MMF2 cds, casings and cdkeys.
But im guessing my MMF2 product and information is the only one that matters in this case?
