Level Editor Blackscreen

... Well, this is a bit of a bummer. It hasn't happened to me before until now, however, this is a frequent obtrusion that prevents me from continuing to develop my game- It appears on every single frame:

I thought maybe it was a temporary glitch.
Nope. It turns out that closing, re-opening did nothing. Restarting the computer did nothing. So I pondered on re-installing MMF2. Then I opened a new app...

As you can see, the screen displays it finely, without a single hitch. But that leaves me with one looming question... Does this mean my game is corrupt? Am I back to square one? (Okay, granted, I didn't get far, but I was pleased with what I'd done!)

Edit: Update: I've tried running the application. It runs. It works. But it's completely blank! The window is literally see-through!

Sounds like corruption. If you have access to the events, try removing events and see if that helps with debugging. You can also use a counter and have an event to set the counter to 1. If the program gets that far you can consider all the events before the counter to be ok.

Consider starting over.

It happened on every frame. However, just leaving MMF2 open and -literally not touching it for an hour- everything just blinked back to life. That was rather strange... :|

Are you using hwa, and perhaps a laptop? If the gpu or display mode of your computer changes while mmf2 is running, the screen will be blacked out until you restart it (or switch back). This can happen if you have a switchable gpu especially, and if it persists after restarting- you should adjust the display modes on you video card controls
