Its hard to know exactly when but its "as soon as possible"

Hopefully you have reported your bugs in the Flash/SWF forum.
If not I doubt they will make 252

I don't think any new features like whats in FlashFX will be integrated into the next build. How about just using FlashFX for now? I am sure if you ask a question others who have figured out how to do certain things will explain it to you.

We cannot modify the beta version of build 252 without going through a new testing phase, which will take a couple of weeks. The priority is to get the version out. We have been stalling as one user told us that the last version of build 252 broke a lot of things. He only wrote to me yesterday, hopefully it seems like a false alarm. So the new version should be out soon now.
I only came aware of the random generator problem in Flash yesterday (too!),so it will not be corrected in the next build. I suggest you use the random expression instead of the X chances out of Y.

Is there any hope for the suggestion I made concerning preloaders and allowing them to stop until you tell it to move onto the next frame?
