    Font support?

    Hi,

I'll need to make menus soon for my IOS project and was wondering if the String object works well in IOS and if I use some fonts, wil they become part of the game file and display properly on the devices?

    thanks

No, take a look at the sticky posts jeff has made in the ios forum.

PC fonts are replaced by their iOS equivalent when running on the device. Those fonts haven't exactly the same size, you might have to enlarge the string objects so that the text is displayed properly.

I have also found that setting a counter colour to an rgb value , 53,53,53 i think i used shows ok as a blue counter but when i use the same rgb value with the active sytem box i get brown.

I make most of my menu items as images and import them now rather than use the string object.
