Following an object

I want to make the screen follow an object. I've seen it done in example videos, but I can't figure out how to do it. I've looked through every object to see what they do, but I can't find anything. How can I do this?

New Condition => Always (found under the system icon in the test window).
Action => Centre Window Position on Object (found under the Frame icon in the main Event Editor window).
It asks you to choose an object for the frame to follow. Click on it and then keep clicking OK and you should be done.
