Question How to ping another computer to see if a specific port is listening for connections?

    Hey, folks!

Is there a way within MMF2 Developer to ping a remote computer's specific port to determine if it is listening for connections? This would be a generic computer (not one running Lacewing Web Server).

As always, thank you very much for your help!

    Hey, folks.

I should clarify: I actually have the need to perform a telnet command, not a ping. I'm not sure if an MMF2 object has native capability to perform telnet commands, or if some custom script is required. If custom script is required to perform a telnet command, what script would be needed to perform a telnet command to a specified computer on port 80, then send the results to Windows Clipboard so MMF2 can read the Clipboard to determine results?

    Thank you for your assistance!
