After building, every time I try to run a game on my device I get an error:
"Error launching remote program: failed to get the task for process 124."
I then have to stop it, and run again. It then comes up.
Anyone else with this problem?

i get it too but with differnt process numbers... it always ends up working on the second go or if i unplug after the first attempt it might work... onlything i am personally struggling with is getting the accelormator to work but thats for a differnt thread lol :P
as long as it works personally i dont mind building it again![]()
I can no longer get anything to run on my device. All versions freeze up at the made with mmf2 splash screen, then xcode tells me it's "paused".
I get this information under 'all output':
"Couldn't register com.clickteam.runtime with the bootstrap server. Error: unknown error code.
This generally means that another instance of this process was already running or is hung in the debugger.(gdb) "
I have closed all xcode projects. Restarted the computer. Restarted my ipod. Deleted the game from the ipod. Recompiled the game with mmf, and tried multiple methods of running/buidling (build for testing, build for running,) and I have used the "clean" menu option in xcode and upgraded my ipod to the latest build of os5. Nothing is allowing me to test my game on the device. Versions 1-4 were all working earlier. Version 5 never worked and now none of them work.

Also try doing a clean on the project in xcode.
If that fails -- can you upload the MFA file or the xcode zip file so others can see if its it happens on their computers also.

A hint to the Clean option should be in the MMF docs in BOLD and maybe in one of the forum stickies, too. It's mentioned every now and then, but is easily overlooked, although it's a reason for massive headaches![]()
I mentioned in my second post that I ran a 'clean' option. It was the one under Product > Clean. Is this what you're talking about? I will try it again and I'll upload the xcode project. Unfortunately I'm going to guess it'll run fine for other people since versions 1-4 WERE running just fine, and then stopped. But maybe that will help isolate the problem.
