Crashing When Restarting Application or Frame

My game crashes when I restart it, like via F2, or if I try to reload my first frame (where the game actually takes place).
I've done tests, and I can go to another frame like Frame 2 and I can also quit the game without crashing... can't figure out why the game can start but not restart.
Any ideas? I don't know what other sort of information you might want to know. So please ask me if there's any missing information here.

Here's something interesting I've discovered. It's not the frame itself but rather an event that occurs when I initialize all the going-ons in the frame. I use the list object, an array, many fast loops, Loki's sound player extension, the Mouse extension, and a good few active objects. I don't know if that helps. Perhaps there's some known bug with one of those extensions that I'm not aware of.

EDIT: Though it should be known that restarting the application still instantly causes it to crash, just not reloading the frame.

EDIT: Uh, and another break-through. It would seem that it relates to the sound extension and sounds playing over frames. I had to stop all samples playing in order to prevent crashing. There is still an issue, however, because it is necessary for certain samples to remain playing between frames.
