Lacewing Help File

I have a present to present to those of you who resolved to learn Lacewing for the new year. I've taken the time to document the entire Lacewing Relay Client in the form of a Help File (*.chm) for anyone who needs a reference. I do plan to soon have the Lacewing Relay Server and Lacewing Webserver documented as well.

This is revision 1 of the help file; if you believe there is anything that should or should not be mentioned, or if there are typos etc., then don't hesitate to post here with what you think is correct. Go to the properties of the file and unblock it.
