Scrolling Menu

I have seen the drag and drop examples in the forum and they are great. but i want to do more then just scrolling the screen. i have a few buttons and each button starts a frame by touching it. the problem is, when i touch the screen to scroll ( and my finger is on one of the buttons ), the app jump to the linked frame.

Compare the Position on Click with the Release - if they are the Same, Then a Button is clicked

on the mouse down event, set the xmouse and ymouse values to some variables.
then, on the mouse up event, check to see if xmouse = the x variable and likewise for the ymouse variable.

I understand what you mean, but i can not find mouse down or up events. only user click events.

i've made it so ...

User klick on object "Button" > set value A to x position Mouse and set value B to y position mouse

touch 0 has been released > set value C to x touch and set value D to y touch

if value A is equal value C
+
if value B is equal value D

> jump to Frame 2

Is this the way you mean ?

it just works with mouse on Win. works not on iPad with finger. i think it is the finger. it is thicker then the mouse coursor, so it works not exactly.
