Screen Capture object - Creating AVIs

I am having trouble creating AVIs with the Screen Capture object in MMF2. I don’t have Video for DOS on my computer. Do I need to get this program? If so, how do I get it? Do you know how to use the Screen Capture object to create AVIs? How do I reference DOS in MMF2?

    Regards,
    RoguePixel

You cannot use the Screen Capture Object to create videos of any kind.
You can use it to capture a series of screenshots which can then be converted to an AVI with the Sphax AVIs Object.
Working as fast as I can on Fusion 3

Video for dos is a really old program that should not work anymore.
What you need, is a utility that converts a suite of numbered images 0001.jpg, 0002.jpg etc into an avi. I'm sure this kind of program exists.

If you have any sort of video authoring suite, you could convert jpgs to avis. Sony Vegas Video (I have the old videofactory) or Nero's suite. Maybe even windows movie maker, if you have that
