Getting an auto-screenshot.

Hi Folks.

I have an idea for a kids App but the problem I'm having is allowing the child to save their work and get it off the iPad. I was wondering if it is possible to make an App make the iPad take an atuomatic screenshot? The image would then go into the iPads Photos and then the image can be emailed, sync-ed, printeded, etc. So, is this possible? MMF really does need some save of getting data from it's created App's, out of the App so the user can use it elsewhere.

It's a feature I've suggested before actually, I'm sure an extension would be very easy to make. For the time being, you can instruct them to press the home and lock button at the same time, which takes a screenshot.

Thanks, DistantJ. Never considered asking the user to take a screenshot themselves but would be much better if the App could do it.

I agree, getting the app to do it is much more professional, and I'm sure somebody can develop an extension to do so.
