    Beta 1 After Build 254 Speed

    OK so this build is fantastic, I have my game running at a full 60fps on 3GS. MOST OF THE TIME. However, when the player goes to the next frame, it slows to a crawl. Interestingly if I quit out to the main menu, then use the 'continue' option, which sends the player back to the level they were on, it speeds up again. I'm guessing this has something to do with memory?

    I will try adding a blank frame to clear the memory...

    please let me know if that works, we were having the same problem but adding a blank frame between every level is a last resort!

    I didn't add a blank frame between every frame, I just created a single blank frame which it sends it to, along with a global value telling it which frame to then go to after that.

    It's strange... It's like sometimes the frame runs full speed, sometimes it doesn't... If I quit out to the menu and start again, it often comes back full speed.

    The blank frame does appear to do a good job of clearing the memory though.

    Sounds just like the lag issue I've reported. For me happens more frequently with some games on the ipad but have seen it happen on touch. There's a video in that link that shows what happens in my case.

    I think there's a memory issue with this latest release, my app "Color Machine" is giving me problems after compile to unexpected outputs with beta 1, if under the app again from the store does not have any problem. A report on the subject by other users, Francois, Yves, Andos?
