Problem with Chinese characters.

I uploaded mmf 2 project file and xcode project file to dropbox.

I just tested with the most recent version and I got this result:


Are you sure you are using the latest release of the exporter?
Also remember that when you update the exporter you need to do a fresh XCode project export instead of only exporting .cci files.

Hi, thanks for your reply.
Do I need to update both mmf 2 and iOS exporter separately? or just patching mmf 2 and the exporter will up to date as well ? Right now I am using mmf 2 build r254. I don't know where can I find the exporter version number.

After I installed the version you suggested. I notice that the xcode project generated by MMF 2 is corrected. "UTFENCODING" is defined as "NSUTF16LittleEndianStringEncoding" instead of "NSUTF16StringEncoding", which solved the Chinese display problem. but if I using unicode version of MMF2 to generate xcode project. all mistakes remain there, it seems like I need to update unicode version as well.

Anyway, my problem solved. Thanks for you help

Hmm, you shouldn't need to reinstall the Unicode version as the fix was only in the iOS runtime files, shared with the Unicode version... Perhaps you forgot to rebuild the full Xcode project?
