Question How to have a video in the app without having to refer to file?

I am doing an app for myself that uses some video (avi). But I want to be able to insert the video into the frame and then remove the source file. Include external files does not work. I got a tip from chatt (I think it was Burfelt) that it was possible to make a video out of an active object, and this would solve this problem? But how do I do this, or is there other ways?
