    Beta 2 after build 254 created 2 new bugs...

    After installing i checked this on the game i'm creating...


    1st
    If the counter is equal to zero the the counter doesn't appear.

    2nd
    String object has lost the vertical 'alignment to center'.

    is there any ETA to a beta 3 after build 254? i would really like to publish my game, but having counters that =0 as invisible ruins some aspects

    hmm, doesnt seem i can edit my post.

    well, i wanted to suggest to anyone dealing with this problem, if it's possible that it works for you, try using the amazing "mover" extension by anders. make a bg to the counter move in so it takes a set of time, a little bit more or a little bit less than 1 second (the time to make the counter visible) will look good with 'elastic', i've found.

    cfullerNY: A quick temporary workaround for the counter not displaying 0 is to set it's default value to -1 and then at start of frame set it's value to 0.
    It's not that its value is 0 that it is invisible, it is because it didn't change. A change from -1 (or any value really) to 0 will make it appear again.

    Francois is away this week. I will try to have a beta out quickly anyways.
