How do you monitor RAM consumption in Xcode?

I need to know how much RAM my game uses. CT recommends this:
    >To find out exactly how much memory your application needs on the device, in XCode,
launch your application by choosing the menu option "Run / Run with performance tools /
    Allocations".
XCode will automatically open a window that keeps in real time track of all the memory
allocations of your application. You will find the total amount of RAM used in the first line of
    the grid.<

But it seems this is related to an older version of Xcode. Where can I find this option in Xcode 4.3?

Use the profile menu entry, and then choose allocations...
