Make Inventory ?

I tried to make an inventory for my game but I failed

My goal:
When the player picks something up, the picked up object is in one box in the inventory

Reality:
When player picks something up, the picked up object is in all boxes in the inventory

How to make something like that? The "My Goal" Bit
