How to make a whitelist

Hey guys,
for the application I'm working on, I'm trying to make a white list for the channel. What this means is when a player logs into the Chanel, if their username isn't on the list, they are immediately kicked. How can I do this?

You have to make your own server for it. By the way it is far easier to just deny them access to the channel in the first place
