BUGS wit swf exporter and keyboard

Hello to all, i have somes BUGS with the keyboard, and the swf exporter, i have a character with a platform movement, and for jumping when i put in mmf2, player is "pressing space bar" that dont work, if i put press "Up arrow" that dont work at all, if i try with all the others keys of my keyboard that dont work, im on a laptop azerty.

ONLY ONE KEY is working for "jump" the key "shift"....why?????
I have the latest build for mmf2 v254.

I'm not sure why Shift would be exempt from this, but have you clicked on the application to set the focus on it before moving?

Yes but nothing work, i have tried everything, why when i use any key on my laptop no one works, but only the key "shift" for the jump?????

You need to change the default controls when using the platform movement.

The keyboard object works in Flash, no bugs has been reported since the release of the exporter. Can you send me you mfa file so that I see what is wrong?
