help with the perspective plugin

hi, does anyone know how to change the waveform of the perspective object?
iv'e attached an image showing the kind of waveform i'm after(the image on the right)

just not sure how to achieve it.

any suggestions would be warmly appreciated.

I'm not sure how you achieved the first example. I made a fresh dummy application with a box and the perspective object over it and set it to sine offset, horizontal, right/top, zoom value = 10, offset = 0 and sine waves = 4 and it is achieving the desired effect.
