Help Finding Art for MMF2

Hello...I need to find the 10 png files for the "baseball boy" used in Chapter 10, pg. 113, of the "An Introduction to Multimedia Fusion 2 - Lessons ot Create 2D Games" by Hult and Byfield. Can anyone tell me where to download these graphics from?

On the Bonus Disc there are a bunch of (low quality) sounds and graphics. Normally you'd put them in MMF2's libraries folder so you can access them from the libraries toolbar
