In a world where light-speed jet battles have taken Earth's population by storm, only one man will rise to the top. His name.... "PLAYER ONE". He hopes to claim victory in every duel set before him, and do what no one has done before, defeat the "FINAL BOSS".

From the brand new indie studio "Lost-Ride Studios" comes a game of quick reactions, light-speed jets, retro graphics, and one-touch control.... it's SHOWGUN!!!

The premise is simple: two jets are flying towards one another at incredible speeds. Once they get close, the first to fire at the other jet gets a win. Duels are played best out of three, so take down your opponent twice and you taste victory! Shooting your opponent is achieved by simply touching the correct side of the iPhone. It couldn't be simpler than that!

One-touch action combined with quick duels provides rewarding reaction-based gameplay. With ShowGun's automatic auto-saving, all you need is two minutes to fit a quick match into your busy schedule. Additionally, a 2-player mode is included so you can play with your friends any time!

Whaha , this is really a fun game to play. I tried to cheat by pressing the screen before the game starts and you will get an explosion thing coming your way. Very cool. Love the simple graphics and the easy gameplay.

Thumps up for this one. I,ll review it!

Thanks Evil! Glad you like the simple graphics. I'm always concerned my graphics may come off a little amateur instead of retro, but so far I haven't had any scathing remarks

haha no brilliant, your graphics in this game look a little goofy what makes this game with the single button controls funny. I just spend 40 minutes on this game and forgot to go to the gym :/
it's the simplicity of this game what makes it fun and cool. You should really update this game with more modes or planes goodies act.

Not 100% sure how it happened, but ShowGun has made the front page of TouchArcade!

I'm making virtually no money on this game, but I wasn't really expecting to, as it's not very robust and only offers one in-app purchase. Even with the mention on a few forums and the mention on the front page of toucharcade I'm still not seeing too many downloads. It's been fun though, and I'm glad I can take what I know and use it to make my next game!
