URL dont work anymore for me

in some cases...

WORKS if i navigate this way: "mailto: office@com.com?subject=App%20(Contact)"

1. DONT WORKS if i navigate this way: "http://maps.google.com/maps?q=Heiligenstädter%20Lände%2033a,%20C-9990%20City"

2. DONT WORKS if i navigate this way: "mailto: office@company.com?subject=App%20(Machines)%20"+paragraph$( "machine_titel_1", ((X Left Frame+90)/640)+0)

both works fine on windows, but wont on ios (simulator and device)


PROBLEM:

1. The url include german mutated vowel (Ä)
2. The paragraphs including real Spaces (not %20)

how could i solve both?

I've just found string tokenizer as workaround. maybe its possible to fix it for future update?!?
