Someone was giving it a try and they told me it was not working out for them, but maybe it would work?

They couldn't figure out how to test in an actual device using Macincloud, because its really a pretty critical step if you want to sell an app.
No I haven't tried it yet but will be in the next week or so. I'm sure it's a place to start. I'm not going to sell an app at first, I'll be getting my free app on there and If I can't figure anything out how to do something I'll just contact their support.
