Beta 28 - Vector Movement non responsive

In a iOS app I designing I am using the Vector object to move ships around the screen. On android it starts with the initial setting of movement in the objects movement tab, but none of the Clickteam Movement controller commands work. After testing vigorously with Stephen it is his suggestions that in someway the Clickteam Movement object is not initializing and i should note that here. No crashes or errors reported in DDMS.
